Privacy Policy

Account details you provide (name, email, business name); usage and analytics data; and, if you connect Google, your Google Business Profile data (locations, reviews, insights) via OAuth.

If you connect your Google account, we request access to your Business Profile only to show you your own rankings, reviews, and performance. We store an encrypted refresh token scoped to your account, access only your data, and never sell it. You can disconnect anytime, which revokes our access. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

To provide the Service, generate your reports, process billing, secure the platform, and improve our product. We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with service providers that help us operate (e.g., hosting, payments, analytics), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal/operational reasons. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption of sensitive tokens.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your account data, and disconnect Google access, by contacting us.
